August Osage County is a new Broadway play of a dramatic yet comical nature. Tracy Letts has written this joy of a show and is a Pulitzer Prize finalist. The show was all set to go for an opening at the Imperial Theatre in New York City but the Broadway strike has put a damper on this. We must now wait for the stage hand strike to be resolved to catch this breath of fresh air show which is gaining much praise. The story focuses on a family who can be called dysfunctional to say the least and many problems are pushed to the forefront of their attention.
