What Are Strong Muscles?

Strong muscles don’t necessarily mean big muscles; they do mean fully developed and hard muscles. You don’t need to have gigantic muscles like bodybuilders to obtain the benefits of fitness weightlifting. You just need to develop your muscle fibers so that they are hard and strong and not flabby and weak. And with hard and strong muscles, you’ll be able to achieve all you fitness weightlifting goals.
